Do We Offer Consultations?

Yes we do! We believe it is important to have a thorough consultation before any service.
This allows us to get to know you, what you like and what you don’t, understand your hair history and your desired result. Can I Get a Quote Before My Appointment?

Absolutely please call or email pako@rixons.com.au. We can also quote on the day before the service is started.

Do I Need to Confirm My Appointment?

Yes you do. We automatically send out confirmation messages 2 days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. Unfortunately, if appointments are not confirmed within 24 hours of the appointment then we reserve the right to offer your appointment to someone else. Please also ensure your contact details are kept up to date.

Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?

New clients are required to pay a deposit to secure all appointments, this also includes clients who have not seen us within the last 12 months. This deposit can be paid over the phone at time of booking and is redeemable at your appointment.  If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. Late cancellations are an appointment cancelled within 24 hours from your scheduled
appointment time. Please know that we do operate with a long waiting list and late cancellations do not allow us enough time to offer your appointment to another client. Please understand that we are a small business and late cancellations, and no shows are a loss of business for us. Persistent failure to confirm/attend your appointments will result
in deposits being enforced for all future bookings.

What Happens if I Cancel Late?

Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up = lost time and income.

We run a busy schedule and late changes mean we can’t offer your spot to someone else. Repeated no-shows may require deposits for all future bookings.

Not completely happy with your hair?

We are confident that you will love your new hair, however we do have a 2-week adjustment policy if there is something you would like adjusted. Please know we do not offer refunds. A consultation will be required prior to your adjustment appointment to ensure enough time will be allocated for you. Where Do I Park?

We recommend parking in the carpark behind the salon between Clarence St and Albert St which has 2hr parks for a shorter appointment. There are also all day parking between Clarence and Lawton Ave and between Albert and Weller St.
