Do We Offer Consultations?

Absolutely! We believe every great hair journey starts with a proper chat. Consultations help us understand your hair history, what you love (or don’t!), and your dream result.

Can I Get a Quote Before My Appointment?

Yes we’re happy to give you a quote beforehand. Just give us a call or email us. We can also provide a quote on the day of your appointment before your service begins.

Do I Need to Confirm My Appointment?

Yes, please! We’ll send a friendly reminder 2 days before.

If we don’t receive confirmation within 24 hours, we may offer your spot to someone else – so don’t leave us hanging!

Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?

New clients and those we haven’t seen in over 12 months will need to pay a deposit to secure bookings.

It’s redeemable at your appointment – but cancellations within 24 hours mean your deposit is forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding – no-shows are tough on small businesses like ours.

What Happens if I Cancel Late?

Cancelling within 24 hours or not showing up = lost time and income.

We run a busy schedule and late changes mean we can’t offer your spot to someone else. Repeated no-shows may require deposits for all future bookings.

Not Loving Your Hair?

We want you to leave feeling amazing. If you’re not 100% happy, we offer a 2-week adjustment policy– no refunds, but we’ll make it right.

Where Do I Park?

There’s a 2-hour carpark behind the salon (between Clarence & Albert St).

For longer appointments, look for all-day parking between Clarence & Lawton Ave or between Albert
& Weller St.
